Pemulwuy led about 100 Aboriginal Warriors to attack Toongabbie’s government farms in 1797. This battle is called “The Battle of Parramatta”. Pemulwuy died seven times in this battle. In a token of respect, the settlers took Pemulwuy to hospital. These brave warriors were part of the great fight against the settlers for the land.
